We stayed there as band and Lisa was really welcoming and incredibly accommodating despite a very last minute booking and happy for us to checkout later than normal. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks, Lisa!
Stayed here whilst visiting family, host is very friendly and has a wonderful house. Very clean spacious rooms with great a great power shower, comfy beds, fast Wifi (had like 40meg in my room) and also the breakfast was really nice with freshly laid eggs from chickens in the back garden!Will definitely be staying again on my next visit!

Had an absolutely wonderful time. Very comfortable rooms, fantastic location (walk to restaurants and right near a bus stop and Leiston is close to so many great coastal places) and amazing service. The owner is delightful and welcoming. It really did feel more like a home than a hotel. I felt instantly comfortable. It was just so great after either a long day of work or a day of sightseeing to go back to a cozy and relaxing place.
