Possibly the best cattery we've ever used, great facilities and the cats are well cared for, good size spaces for the pets when they're in. The owner has been super helpful when our house move over ran and they sorted everything out for the cats. We've been so pleased with the service that we still use it even now we've moved to kesgrave. Always our first choice.

After being horrendously let down by Noosabay cattery the evening before an early flight the following morning, Suzi at Hotel Catifornia came to my rescue and gave my beloved cat a comfy home for the duration of my holiday. Not only was Suzi so accommodating at the drop of a hat, it was obvious when I came to pick up my cat, that she had given him lots of attention (hes siamese so needs lots of it!) and he was a happy and healthy boy. Thank you so much again Suzi, youre an absolute saviour and you clearly have a real love and affinity with cats! Couldnt recommend Hotel Catifornia more!
Fantastic cattery! Spacious pens for the cats, spotlessly clean and a lovely lady who looks after the cats expertly. We were extremely satisfied with the care they gave our 10 year old cat, Dexter. Although he was grumpy their care and attention was second to none. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, it's fantastic! Very reasonable prices and brilliant communication while Dexter was there. 5 *
I would totally recommend this lovely cattery set in the countryside. My cats seemed very happy & relaxed when collecting them after their first ever stay off 11 days. I was unsure how they would be because i had never left them anywhere before, but when I met Suzi she reassured me, she is very friendly & obviously loves cats owning some herself. Suzi welcomed my phone calls to check on them every few days & it was great seeing their photos on facebook! It seems they spent a lot of time sunbathing! We are really happy Bobby & Bella have somewhere nice to go when the family go away.
