I have spent a lot with David Silver over the years but will not be using them again. Had an order that didn't arrive and they acted like I was trying to rip them off. It eventually arrived the same day as a replacement a week later. I returned one order but received no confirmation or thanks. An email costs nothing. Recently I bought a screen that I cannot use as it causes turbulence and distorts the view of everything so is dangerous to use. The response from them was surly and totally unhelpful and they said I should have put it against the original to check it was suitable before using it so won't do anything about it.W.T.F !? How can you test a screen standing still? I contacted the screen manufacturer direct who kindly offered to check the screen for me and the finish as it may have a fault. Now THAT is customer service that David Silver should learn from.
